from 'burg to 'burgh

my friend stephanie who lives in pittsburgh wrote me this email:

hey,
so, it looks like some of your new york bands are finally making it here to the other burgh (you know the one that's not williamsburg). last night i saw stellastarr* here and quite enjoyed the show. next weekend the fever is coming again, and i really wanted to see that show, but i'm going to be out of town that weekend! maybe someone cool will be in d.c. then. anyway, you should keep me updated on who's good and shit so i'm informed when bands come to town. also, if you have any connections to any of these guys that i could get in on, that would be cool too.
