read about new york's ubermiddleclass from the observer today. thanks, anna for sending this along. it's really true. living here, you walk out the door and automatically without thinking spend $20. last week i actually went to my ATM and it said, "insufficient funds." that was an eye-opener to my spending habits. now i am much more careful on how much money i withdraw and spend. that extra quarter for movie tix is always makes me huff.
