her stories are boring and stuff

i know, i know. you love interpol. sure, their music is good. but i can't get past their lyrics. it's like listening to the futureheads and getting into it and then all of a sudden they awkwardly sing something like, "you eat shit cuz you're stupid and shallow." lyrics like that kinda suck. a lot. but keep in mind, this isn't no intervention.

i'm not the only critic though:
i love this new york times review of interpol. so true.
