i need more sleep

lately i've been a complete insomniac. you may think this girl is partying all the time, but i assure you, that is not the case. i keep telling my friends that i have no real social life. most of my days and nights are spent working working working. my eye won't stop twitching. i need a vacation. i am thinking about going down to DC in february to visit stephie. at some point i want to head across the border to toronto to say hello to jamie, possibly meet mishie. i am counting the days till i leave for austin for sxsw. that is going to be totally rad. i still want to go to la to visit jennifer k and check out the rock scene there. i want to go back to chicago and rock at the empty bottle. i want to go back to chapel hill and visit glenn at the local 506 and party in members-only rock clubs (they have weird laws down there). i want to get a passport and effing leave this continent one day... paris, london, rome, venice, madrid... anywhere. but you know what? i still fucking love new york, new york, my first and true blue love.
