At the party, we’ll be giving away several hundred copies of the New York Noise compilation cd, subtitled “New City Sounds from the Underground,” which features 23 songs by a mix of NYC bands you’ve probably heard, and a slew of other great ones you haven’t. Thankfully this isn’t what you expect from “local music showcase cds.” Oh God no!
