oh baxter, you are my little gentleman...
the summer keeps getting stickier and stickier. it's so humid out that the minute i walk out the door, i feel beads of perspiration forming all over my skin. ick.
i have no idea what is going on this weekend. junkyard show in long island city (woops -- it's in queens, but right next to greenpoint in brooklyn) on saturday -- with i think, lightning bolt? remember the days when fitz used to throw those in williamsburg? how come the only thing that comes to mind with that show is the unpleasant thought of simmering in the heat with piles of junkyard goodies?
i hope to fit in some time to relax. maybe a game of scrabble. and some kind of home made coconut rum concoction.
oh my gosh, i almost forgot to mention the best part of summer is half days on fridays. yay!
ps. i hear police are going to do random bag searches today in new york. is that really going to protect us from terrorist attacks?

Thanks for the link, Jeff. I actually hadn't seen that one yet. Interesting take on things.
