violently sick

last night i almost passed out while i was walking home. my head was spinning, and i felt sort of loopy. i got up the stairs to my apartment. then i got caught up on the phone over stuff which made my head ache more.

and then i proceeded to throw up everything i had eaten that day. not too much - popcorn and a turkey sandwich. yuck.

i tried lying down again. another phone call.

i ran to the bathroom and threw up again. i know, gross.

at this point, i knew i was done for the evening and i passed out, listening to the soothing sounds of belle and sebastian's the life pursuit. i really love that album now. it has the ability to send my worries on their way. the life pursuit = happiness.
