This Dallas-based soul singer is performing at Union Hall on Saturday, October 15 with the Last Royals. 7:30pm doors. Love this song - reminds me of a young hipster version of Cee-Lo, super soulful and energetic.

Seeing Evan Dando and Julianna Hatfield at the Bell House on Friday night was like re-living all my awkward shy insecure years as a teenager all over again. As Katy said to me that night, “You are experiencing the awkwardness of the 90s!” And it was endearing nostalgic adorable. A bit part, but a huge part of my life. The 90s were about rawness. Imperfection. And of course, good bedhead.
